Zune and my windows 7 systeem don't detect my windows phone (samsung omnia 7). Some how the usb driver is corrupted. Did all the steps, uninstalled zune etc etc but still the problems remains. No driver can be found. I check the device setting and it show error driver GT-I8700 can't be installed.

I read somewere that you should reset your phone and because I had my phone for some days I didn't bother about my downloaded apps. So I went to 'settings >', 'About' >'reset your phone'. I connected my phone again and to my suprise it started downloading the required drivers. And now it works fine!!!!!!!

I haven’t downloaded this update yet, but from the looks of things I might as well wait for when Samsung decide to officially release as there doesn’t seem to be much difference. When I try to run the update, I get the following error:”Error:Update device Complete with error code: 8018001E, error message: IU (Image Update) installation failed on phone: File name conflict. Two or more packages in the update contain the same file.”I’ve looked at the logs and tracked it down to the OEM_8x50_OS_CAMERA.cab.pkg and SEC_CETUS_OS_APPS_OPEN.cab.pkg files in the cab that are conflicting. I know it’s probably the worst thing I could do, but is there any way I could get a version of the firmware file with those two removed? First ->To Mango 1) I first of all downloaded the Optus Australia Stock ROM from (Remember to backup all your pictures/videos/application data (especially notes/lists) and most of all SMS’s 2) Instructions are at it to the Tee!!
